Eng. Dr Isaac Mutenyo
Dr Mutenyo works as the Program Coordinator of the Uganda Support to Municipal Infrastructure Development Program (USMID) in the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development. USMID is a 360 million US$ program funded by the World Bank that is supporting urban infrastructure development in 22 Municipalities and 8 District Local Governments in Uganda.
Prior to this engagement he has worked for the World Bank, the Netherlands Development Organisation, the Ministry of Water and Environment, and as a Lecturer at Kyambogo University at the Department of Civil Engineering.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in civil engineering from Makerere University, an MSc from IHE Delft in the Netherlands, MBA from MUBs, a PhD from Cranfield University in the UK and Post-Doctorate Research Fellow from the USA.
He is a past President of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (UIPE).
